We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

نقبل إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام. يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، وفي عبوتها الأصلية، ومعها فاتورة أو إثبات شراء.
سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية بعد فحص المنتج المرتجع.
تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، ويتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن للمنتجات المرتجعة.
